Simplifying the Details

Your household’s financial details, handled with precision and discretion.

Household financial management and general ledger bookkeeping for families with complex financial lives. We work alongside your wealth advisor, CPA, and attorney.

Our approach

A complement to your advisors, not a replacement.

Many of the families we serve are introduced by their private wealth advisor. In-house family office teams at large firms do excellent work, but they are often at capacity, and hands-on bookkeeping and general ledger reporting usually fall outside their scope. BillTrack fills that gap.

Wealth advisor

CPA

Attorney

No asset minimum

FAQ

Common questions

Does BillTrack replace my wealth advisor, CPA, or family office team?

No. We handle day-to-day financial operations and bookkeeping, work that usually sits outside their scope, and share information with them as you direct.

Do you provide investment, tax, or legal advice?

No. Those decisions stay with your advisors. Our role is to make sure the records they rely on are accurate and current.
